Sometimes kids say the darnest things. Sometimes what they say has such an element of truth so inappropriate for their age that you cannot help but burst out laughing.
The last time this happened was about a day or two ago. My son had a few bites of an apple and left it on the counter to go play. My daughter came in the kitchen, saw the bitten into apple and pointing to it said,
That’s like how Adam (as) and Hawaa (as) did with the apple, they took a bite of it!
Maybe it’s one of those, ‘had to be there to understand’ moments, but it was just funny what kind of connection she made with the bitten apple.
